Our bodies hold a living history—stories of sensation, memory, and emotion etched into the geography of our being. Like the Earth itself, we are composed of terrains both vast and intimate, shaped by the forces of time and experience.
Imagine your body as a landscape, a map where peaks of joy stand alongside valleys of grief, where streams of vitality wind through pathways shaped by life’s seasons. Some places may feel gentle and open, like sunlit meadows, while others might be weathered, marked, or untamed.
How does this landscape change with the passage of time? Does it transform, like mountains softened by wind and water, or do we carry every experience etched deeply within us, an enduring geology of our lives? Can you feel the waters of life flowing through the rivers of your heart? What terrain do your feet encounter as they press against the living Earth?
Our bodies are not separate from Nature—they are Nature. They breathe, grow, heal, and regenerate as part of the web of life. This is an invitation to connect with the Earth of our being: to honor the wisdom of our bodies, to feel their rhythms and flows, and to nurture them as sacred landscapes in continual relationship with the more-than-human world.
